Mastersky Group has successfully completed a project for Optima Bank, delivering modern self-service terminals as part of the bank’s digital transformation strategy. The project focused on automating key banking services and improving customer experience through reliable self-service solutions.

 

As part of the project, several types of bank self-service kiosks were implemented, each designed for specific operational scenarios. The deployed solutions help optimize customer flow, reduce workload on bank staff, and provide convenient access to services.

 

The project included the following self-service terminals:

 

APP PRO+ — a universal payment terminal designed for processing payments and basic self-service operations. This model is suitable for high-traffic areas and ensures fast, stable performance.

 

APP POD — a self-service kiosk developed for advanced banking scenarios, including card-based services and digital interactions. The terminal helps speed up service processes and supports seamless customer interaction.

 

Streeter — an outdoor self-service terminal engineered for continuous operation in challenging weather conditions. This solution provides 24/7 access to banking services outside traditional branch locations.

 

All terminals were manufactured in the Optima Bank corporate design, ensuring brand consistency and visual integration into the bank’s infrastructure. Mastersky Group delivered the project on a full-cycle basis — from selecting suitable terminal models and customization to production and deployment.

 

The implementation of self-service kiosks enabled Optima Bank to:

 

·         increase the availability of banking services;

 

·         reduce queues in branches;

 

·         optimize operational processes;

 

·         enhance overall customer experience.
